After you book a flight through Airheart, we watch it for changes. If the airline changes or cancels the flight, you are notified so you can decide what to do next.
What to check yourself
Reservations you booked elsewhere and added by import, and items other than flights, are not always watched automatically. For those, keep an eye on the supplier updates, especially close to your travel dates.
When to contact support
Reach out when a booked item changes unexpectedly, a confirmation looks wrong, or you are not sure what a change means for the rest of your trip. Include the voyage link and any confirmation numbers so the team can start with the right context.
