Share a voyage and invite editors

View-only links for people who should see the plan, editor access for people who should change it, and how to adjust either later.

Pick the lightest access that works

Two kinds of access cover most trips. A view-only link lets someone see the plan without changing it, which is right for relatives, friends, or anyone you want to keep in the loop. An editor invite lets someone change days, places, blocks, and notes alongside you.

Send a view-only link from the share menu. Invite an editor by email from the voyage members view. The invite is good for a limited time, and they join once they accept.

Change or remove access at any time

Owners stay in control. You can revoke a view-only link so it stops working, and you can remove an editor from the members view. Both take effect right away.

Edits are kept, even after someone leaves

When an editor leaves or is removed, the changes they already made stay in the voyage, so the plan keeps its history and does not lose context. The person who left simply no longer has access to open it.

If a link or invite is not working

A link that has been revoked will no longer open. An emailed invite that has expired needs to be sent again. If someone cannot find their invite, open the members view to confirm the address and resend it.
