Forward or upload a confirmation

Booked something outside Airheart? You can bring it into your trip in a couple of ways, and Airheart reads the confirmation for you.

  1. Find your personal Airheart import address in settings, or open the import screen to upload or paste a confirmation.
  2. Forward the confirmation email to that address, or upload the PDF or image.
  3. Airheart pulls out the details: the dates, the provider, the confirmation number, and the kind of reservation.

Supported

Flights, stays, trains, car rentals, and activities can all be imported.

Review what was read

Before it is added, you see the details that were pulled out, so you can check them. Reading a confirmation is not always perfect, so this is your chance to fix anything that looks off.

Edit it later

A reservation you imported stays editable after it is added, so you can update a date or a confirmation number whenever you need to. Reservations booked through Airheart are managed for you and are not edited this way.
