While a booking is still in checkout and unpaid, you can cancel it yourself and nothing is charged. This is the easiest point to change your mind.
After a booking is confirmed
Once a booking is confirmed and paid, what you can change depends on the rules of the fare or rate you booked. Some are flexible, others are not. Contact support and we will tell you the options for your specific booking and handle the change with the provider.
