What your confirmation records
When a booking goes through, you get a confirmation that records what you booked, the price you paid, and when it was committed. It is your record of the trip as it was booked, and you can come back to it later.
If a supplier changes the reservation after the fact, your original confirmation still shows what was agreed at the time of booking.
Backed by a guarantee
Bookings made through Airheart are backed by a guarantee. Your confirmation is the record behind that promise, so if something does not match what you booked, there is a clear account of the original terms to work from.
If something looks wrong
If a charge, date, or detail on a confirmation does not look right, contact support and include the voyage link and the confirmation number. Starting with those details lets the team pick up the right booking quickly.
