Travel bookings
Before you pay, you can cancel and nothing is charged. After a booking is confirmed, what you can get back depends on the rules of the fare or rate you booked. Some are fully refundable, some are partly, and some are not. Contact support and we will tell you the terms for your booking and handle it with the provider.
Guide purchases
If a guide you bought is not what you expected, contact support and we will help. Guide refunds are handled by the support team.

Include the voyage link and the confirmation number for a booking, or the name of the guide, so the team can pick up the right item quickly.
